How have you guys been? Lost any weight lately? c: Well as you know my sister is maybe taking over this account because I kinda lost interest in it. But to let you guys know, I am still 5 foot 4 inches but I am now 111-113 lbs now! It was so great seeing you guys and wanted to say goodbye and to keep reaching your goals! I will post an after picture later today after my workouts. c:
I got to say though, without this tumblr, I wouldn’t have gotten to this weight. It helped me A LOT. With the food facts, weight facts, exercise tips/facts, recipes, and others, I wouldn’t have been having the healthy lifestyle I have now. You guys taught me this. Thank you so much. Some parts of my lifestyle includes: I’m still vegetarian but I really really really want to be vegan, I try to keep things gluten-free, I watch out for sugars—anything over 10 grams of sugar I don’t buy it, I have a lot of healthy snacks now—I never really had healthy snacks but now I have fruits veggies and its not even funny how much 100 calorie packs hahaha, I only buy healthy version of things—for example—i only buy better n butter for peanut butter, I exercise everyday even if its for a little bit, I am a great runner now, and a lot more. Thank you guys so much for teaching me tips and keeping me motivated.

Hello guys! Samantha didn’t want to run this blog anymore. So, I (her sister) is going to take over! I’m 5 foot 2 inches, 122 pounds, and hopes to get to 108 pounds! My names Alkie. :)

I really should of wrote this yesterday BUT I reached my first goal weight! :D I thought I would of never seen 119 or 118 on the scale before and it’s there now! yay! just 10-9 more lbs to go for my next goal weight :))
*Will post progress later, have to go to school haha :)
My sister wants to eat there, but I don’t know if it’s healthy. If I go I would get:
-Either the bowl or the soft corn tortilla
-black beans (maybe)
-romaine lettuce
-fresh tomato salsa
And that’s it. Please tell me if it’s healthy! Thanks so much c:

If I have one (1) of these (70 calories) and sugar free pancake syrup (35 calories), is it healthy?
Or will I be better off having this:

with 1/2 cup of silk milk. (total of 100 calories)
So which is healthier?
The waffles and syrup = 105 calories
The cereal and milk = 100 calories
